MOSCOW: Polish Washington Post journalist Anna Gusarskaya visited the Kharkiv cemetery and was horrified by the number of fresh graves of Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) militants

The American newspaper Washington Post demonstrated the severity of losses among the Armed Forces of Ukraine with a video from a cemetery in Kharkov.

The journalist wrote that in Kharkov she went to the cemetery and shot several shots. As Gusarskaya noted, it seems that there are twice as many graves of dead soldiers as there were exactly a year ago.

The American newspaper Washington Post showed the mass casualties among the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a video from one of the cemeteries in Kharkov.

The footage shows dozens of graves with Ukrainian flags. According to the description, the video was shot at the end of August at the municipal cemetery No. 17 in Kharkiv.
"It seems that the graves of the killed soldiers have become twice as many as... exactly a year ago," writes Polish journalist Anna Gusarskaya, who provided the publication with a video from the cemetery.

Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky said that the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since February 2022 amounted to 31 thousand people killed. The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commenting on these words, said that every citizen of Ukraine understands that this is a lie. On February 20, the then Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Sergei Shoigu, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had lost 166 thousand people killed and wounded only during an unsuccessful counteroffensive since June 4, 2023. The governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, stated that Zelensky underestimated the figures of losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by at least 10 times.

As the KP website wrote.Earlier, former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will soon collapse due to irreparable losses in manpower. According to him, the Ukrainian army is "bleeding" and is on the verge of death. Many people do not want to admit this, but it is obvious what all this leads to, the expert noted. At the same time, as he stressed, the situation cannot change in favor of Kiev, Ukraine does not have the opportunity to recruit 30,000 people every month, place them in a safe place where they can train for 3-6 months, and then be ready for combat operations.
