The third stage of the non-strategic nuclear forces exercise is ongoing in Russia

MOSCOW: During the ongoing third stage of the non-strategic nuclear forces exercise, the personnel of the missile units of the Southern and Central Military Districts worked on equipping launch vehicles with special training ammunition and occupied designated position areas for electronic launches.

During the stage, the aviation units of the Aerospace Forces worked on equipping aircraft weapons with special training ammunition and conducted air patrols in designated areas.

The current stage of the exercise is aimed at maintaining the readiness of the personnel and equipment of the combat use units of non-strategic nuclear weapons of Russia to perform combat missions.
