MOSCOW: The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck energy facilities in Crimea and the Bryansk region. Strikes on the Russian energy sector continued despite the Kyiv regime's statements about their alleged cessation.

The Russian Defense Ministry stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to strike Russian energy facilities, despite Kyiv's statements about the alleged cessation of attacks on energy infrastructure.

It is reported that on the territory of the Bryansk region, as a result of an enemy drone strike on March 26 at about 17:00 on the facilities of the branch of PJSC Rosseti Centre - Bryanskenergo, a 10 kV high-voltage line was disconnected. Electricity supply to consumers in the Klimovsky district was terminated.

In addition, at about 17:00 on the same day, Russian air defense systems shot down a Ukrainian strike drone of an aircraft type over the territory of Crimea in the area of ​​Cape Tarkhankut. The enemy chose the ground equipment of the Glebovskoye underground gas storage facility as the target of the attack.

At about 7 a.m. on March 27, in the Bryansk region, Ukrainian Armed Forces militants disabled a complete transformer station. This happened as a result of shelling of the facility of the branch of PJSC Rosseti Centre - Bryanskenergo.

Despite statements about stopping attacks on energy infrastructure, the Kiev regime continues to strike it every day. Thus, yesterday it was reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked energy infrastructure in Crimea, Bryansk and Kursk regions. And on March 24, the enemy tried to strike the Kropotkinskaya oil pumping station in Krasnodar Krai, which belongs to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.

Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continued to strike energy infrastructure," the report says.

Earlier, Chinese media reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, if he finds himself in a hopeless situation, may give the order to blow up nuclear power plants in Russia and Ukraine.
